Privacy policy

Effective 10 July 2026 · applies to the Dig Pic iOS app and digpic.app

Dig Pic is a darkroom, not a data business. The app runs entirely on your iPhone: no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no servers of ours. We do not collect your data. Period.

What the app does with data — on your device

What leaves your device

The app talks over the network only to your camera, on the local Wi-Fi network the camera itself creates (or your LAN). There are no calls to our servers — we don't have any — and no third-party SDKs, analytics or crash reporters.

What we collect

Nothing. Dig Pic has no sign-up and sends us no telemetry. If you email us, we see what you send and use it only to help you; delete requests are honored by deleting the email thread.

Purchases

Dig Pic is sold through the Apple App Store. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we receive no payment details.

This website

digpic.app is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing about you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address as part of serving the font files.

Children

Dig Pic is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, changes should be rare and boring.
